Dime Data operates a text messaging program that sends service follow-up messages on behalf of local service businesses. When a customer of one of these businesses declines, defers, or does not complete a service, we send a short text message to remind them or invite them to complete it. This page describes how that messaging program works and how to opt out.
You receive these messages because you are an existing customer of a business we work with and you provided your mobile number to that business — in person, by phone, or through the business's intake or booking form — and agreed to receive follow-up text messages about your service. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not given their number and consent to the business.
Messages are service-related follow-ups and reminders about a service you inquired about or declined. Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction — typically one initial message and up to two spaced reminders if you do not reply. This is not a recurring marketing subscription.
Message and data rates may apply. Dime Data does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply according to your plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt back in. Replying STOP stops messages only for the business associated with the number that contacted you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and the availability of your device.
