When you book a discovery call through our website, we collect the information you provide in the booking form: your name, email address, phone number, company name, estimated project budget, project notes, preferred contact method, and your selected appointment date and time. We do not collect payment information through this website.
We use your information solely to schedule and prepare for your discovery call, to contact you about your inquiry via your preferred method, and to send a calendar confirmation. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not send unsolicited marketing communications.
Your booking information is processed by Cloudflare Workers (cloudflare.com), which handles form submissions on our behalf. Appointment confirmations and internal notifications are routed through Google Workspace. Our team receives your information directly at our business email. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for their own use.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill your inquiry and any resulting engagement. If no engagement follows your discovery call, we delete your personal data within 90 days of the call date. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 10 business days. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

Access to your personal data is limited to the Dime Data team members directly involved in your engagement.
